Xiangfan Jingzhou expressway is a key project in Hubei Province during the Tenth Five Year Plan period and an important part of China's north-south transportation trunk line. The construction of Xiangfan Jingzhou Expressway began in January 2001. The expressway starts from jiajiazhou, Xiangcheng District, Xiangfan City, connects with the connecting line of Xiangshi Expressway under construction, and ends at longhui bridge, Jingzhou District, Jingzhou City. Xiangfan Jingzhou Expressway connects Shanghai (Shanghai) Yinchuan Expressway to Henan Province in the north, Shanghai (Shanghai) Chengdu (Chengdu) east-west trunk line to Hunan Province in the south, and passes through Xiangfan urban area, Yicheng, Zhongxiang, Dongbao, Duodao, Shayang, Jingmen and Jingzhou urban area. The total length of the route is 185 kilometers, two-way four lane, asphalt concrete pavement, the design driving speed is 100 km/h, and the investment is 4.472 billion yuan
